Websites for local businesses
People check your hours, your menu and your number before they ever call. If it's wrong or not there, they go to the next place. I build you one clean page with all of it right, photos included, that works on any phone. $500, and you'll see it within a day of sending your photos.
Santa Clarita, Simi Valley and the San Fernando Valley. Approved by you, word by word.
Tap your business
Five sample designs, built the same way yours would be. Tap one. Then open it on your own phone.

Restaurant sample
The menu up top, hours that say open or closed right now, and one tap to call in a pickup order.
A made-up business, so you can see the work without anyone's name on it.
Same goal. Different receipt.

Fixed price, written down before you pay
Agency ranges are for fully custom sites and come from two Wix blog posts, How much does a website cost (opens in a new tab) and How long does it take to build a website (opens in a new tab) (read 2026-10-16). A custom agency build can do more than one page. If one clear page is what you need, this is the shorter road.
How it works
One page for $500. The price is on the page, so there is nothing to negotiate.
No card to start. When you want the real site, the deposit is $250, and the other $250 comes only when you say it's done.
Your logo, a few photos and a few lines about the business. I write the rest.
Ask for changes, or tap approve. Pay the other half and it goes live that day, then on your own domain once the 2 records are in.
The work, not a logo wall
Foothill Web Works is new, so there's no client work to show yet. These five are made-up businesses, built the way yours would be.

Restaurant, Valencia
The menu up top, hours that say open or closed right now, and one tap to call in a pickup order.
Open the sample (opens in a new tab)

Dental office, Saugus
Prices in plain words, what a first visit looks like, and a booking form that sits right under the call button.
Open the sample (opens in a new tab)

Salon, Newhall
Services with prices, a color gallery, and a way to book a consult without calling during a cut.

Gym, Canyon Country
This week's classes by day, the plans, and a form to book a free first class.

Repair shop, Simi Valley
What you fix, the towns you cover, a big tap-to-call number and an online quote form.
Open the sample (opens in a new tab)Every sample scored 97 or higher for speed and 100 for accessibility in Google's Lighthouse phone test, out of 100 (tested 2026-10-16). Speed matters most on a phone with one bar of signal.
Let's talk numbers
$500
$250 now, $250 when you say it's done.
No card needed to start. You see a free mockup of your homepage first.
Start here: get a free mockup. No card, nothing to sign.
Billed monthly. Cancel any time. Small edits on Standard and Growth are done within 2 business days. Offered after launch, never needed to buy the site.
Fair questions
Your logo, a few photos and a few lines about the business, plus your menu if you have it. I write the rest, and you approve every word before anything goes live.
I'm Chance. One page, a set process and no calls or meetings is how a page can be ready in 24 hours for less than an agency charges. Nothing goes live until you read it and approve it.
One round of changes is included. A round is one list of everything you want changed, sent at once. Extra rounds are $250 each, paid before that round starts.
The clock starts once the deposit is paid and I have your photos, logo and a few lines about the business. If I'm waiting on something from you, the clock waits too.
If your draft link is more than a day late, you don't pay the balance.
Your domain should be in your name. If you don't have one, it's about $10 to $20 a year. I send the exact 2 records to add. It takes about 5 minutes. No domain yet? The site can go live on a free address the same day and move later.
Yes. Once it's paid in full, the site and your content are yours, and your domain stays in your name.
Foothill Web Works is a new studio, so there are no earlier clients or reviews to point to. That's why every design here is a labeled sample, and why the mockup is free. Judge the work.
Yes, by email at chance@foothillwebworks.com. There are no sales calls. Everything is in writing, so you can answer between customers.
Not sure yet
Send your business name and email. I make a private draft of your homepage from what's already public: your current site, your listing and the photos you've posted.
